Three day all inclusive on the Dalby Family Ranch.
The Cross H Ranch was settled in 1901 by the Connell Family. It has remained with the descendants of these pioneers for over 100 years. The Dalby family still runs cattle over the entire ranch, but they also have numerous hunting leases, including deer and quail, as well as other specialized hunts. The ranch is located near Post, Texas, home of the famed C.W. Post, inventor of Post Cereals. Giles Dalby Jr. represents the latest generation to live on and run this ranch. He has incorporated horse and carriage ride opportunities for weddings, anniversaries, and other special events. He also has wagons he uses for work and parades. Hunting on the Cross H Ranch is limited to just a few specialized hunts each year. Hunts include one to one hunter guide ratio for that personal touch. An all inclusive hunt encompasses meals, lodging, transportation to and from the airport, and the guided hunt itself. The ranch offers a variety of hunts for the novice, as well as the experienced hunter.
